There’s nothing quite like rewarding oneself with a tall glass o’ brew after hours and hours of summarizing Torts cases and figuring out how to write case citations. Fittingly, the first beer the new bottle opener opened was a Loft. Oh yeah. Memories, memories.

fear not, i'll slowly work my way back to Anchor Porter and other motor oil-like beers.

don't get me wrong - i'm not morally opposed to a beer that never wets me up and never holds me down. that's all good.

I think it's hilarious that the New Belgium Brewery web site recommends consuming their product during "backyard bouts of bocci ball". That's all we need, a bunch of drunkards throwing metal balls around. Thank goodness lawn darts are still unavailable, although you may soon be able to get them at the places you buy assault weapons.

Bah! Loft stands on its own as a very worthy beer.
