sort of.
i know i've been doing a lot of whining lately about passover, but that's ok, because this is my website and i can whine about whatever i want, and you have to read it.*
well, i did it. i ate matzah - but not in it's original form (i'm not that desperate). this here's a matzah pizza:

imagine eating pizza, except all you taste is cheese, sauce, and other stuff you can't really identify yet are most certainly chewing.
*"have" here is purely subjective. anyway. anyone want some leftover matzah pizza? there are still three slices left.

hence your insistence on sharing the cheesecake post-cage fight. if i win, i'll divide it in half with the silver nunchucks.

it reminds me of a st. louis pizza chain called imo's. it's pizza on a cracker with provel cheese (provelone + cheddar + swiss), which only seems to be around st. louis. i grew up on the pizza so i love it. it's not just cheese and sauce like your creation. trying to explain it to my aepi fraternity brothers was hard... then i just startd saying, "it's pizza on matzah." they all understood after that... those jews love their matzah... and hate passover. i think i will eat a bacon cheeseburger for dinner tonight... that sounds delicious.

hah, you can call her whatever you want, especially if it starts with the second letter of the alphabet... h - ughhhh... it's normal cheese. most cheeses are ok with my stomach. the process of turning milk into cheese (or yogurt, or cream) reduces the lactose level. thus, cream cheese, ice cream, cottage cheese, etc, don't do as much damage.

that actually looks pretty good, but it's missing bacon. ;-) i have to ask, though. is that soy cheese, mr. lactose intolerant?

i'm starving... send 'em up. i like the description: "imagine eating pizza, except all you taste is cheese, sauce, and other stuff you can't really identify yet are most certainly chewing." and truly, if there was ever a pizza that tons of crushed red peppers didn't make better (excepting nasty topping choices, of course) i've never met it...
