i'm going to a wedding in may, and to help save some $$$ i'll be sharing a room with a friend - a female friend. upon discovery of this arrangement, the bride-to-be, our mutual friend, caught me on gmail chat. this is what happened:

bride-to-be: or who you can

belated response, but...the bride-to-be would like to reiterate that particleman and i are just friends, and it's true, i do just have a dirty mind. and has particleman told anyone that he will actually be sharing the room with not one, but TWO lovely ladies? and sadly, no, I am not one of them, because I will be getting royally drunk with my husband.

that is amusing, i will grant you that. but i have to know, does your girlfriend find it as amusing as i do? because on the overall humor scale, that joke would get a low rating from lots of girlriends. :)

Go you. Careful, though. We had one friend who got himself into that position and then blew it by deciding that the best come-on line he could muster in those circumstances was "wanna cuddle"? Fortune favors the bold...
